Production
Grapes are carefully selected from top Alsace vineyards and gently pressed. The base wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method, followed by aging on lees to develop complexity and texture. The wine is then disgorged and lightly dosed to create a balanced, brut finish.
Tasting Notes
Pale golden in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows aromas of green apple, white flowers, and subtle citrus zest.
