This wine is made with grapes from a parcel that has sandy soil and calcium carbonate beneath. A fresh and elegant Chardonnay with aromas of citrus, wild thyme, and white fruits. In the mouth, it has a good structure and a crisp finish. 50% was made with whole bunch fermentation and the rest with direct pressing. No malolactic fermentation. It is then carefully aged in 5,000-litre untoasted French oak foudres . '
