A pretty high-toned and intensely floral nose offers up reasonably fresh and liqueur-like aromas of various dark berries cut with ample spice nuances. The palate feel of the medium-bodied flavors is suave and rich to the point of opulence where the abundant sap enrobes the firm tannins supporting the mildly warm finish. This isn’t particularly energetic but it is certainly seductive.
