Drink it now or cellar for up to 10 years. No need to decant. Maison Adam-Jaeger is a small, family-run winery founded in 1995 through the merger of Maison Adam and Maison Jaeger. Today, the company is managed by Regis Adam and owns approximately 9 hectares of vineyards spread across the three distinct terroirs of Mont Berru, Côte des Bar, and the Marne Valley. The vines are cultivated with respect for sustainability and biodiversity to foster the full expression of the grape varieties and produce high-quality Champagne wines. The Réserve Brut is the Maison's flagship wine, produced from a blend of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay, and Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the estate's vineyards. In the glass, the wine reveals an elegant character and a brilliant straw-yellow color, enhanced by fine bubbles. Its aromatic profile is broad and fragrant. The nose opens with delicious fruity notes of ripe pear, nectarine, and candied lemon peel, followed by hints of honey and hazelnut. On the palate, it is rich, velvety, and round. It has a creamy texture and excellent fruit concentration. It is fresh, medium-bodied, and well balanced. The finish is long and recalls notes of brioche and white fruit. It is very versatile when paired with food: try it with roast chicken, scallop risotto, chicken Caesar salad, or a lobster BLT sandwich.
