Crafted from Grenache and Syrah grown on young vines overlooking the Camargue, this is an unoaked, crunchy, and vibrant wine that is as honest and expressive as the land it comes from. Vineyard and Production Sourced from young vines with an average age of 10 years, grown in vineyards strewn with smooth pebbles from the Durance river valley and overlooking the Camargue. After harvesting, the grapes are chilled for 3 days before a natural fermentation at controlled temperatures. The wine is entirely unoaked, preserving the fresh, crunchy fruit character that defines this cuvee. Organic, biodynamic, vegan, and vegetarian friendly.
