An outstanding Fronsac, the 2016 Château Moulin Haut Laroque is another high-quality wine from this vintage that I expect will sell for a song. Terrific black fruits, wood smoke, tobacco, and graphite all emerge from the glass, and it’s medium to full-bodied, rounded, and textured. It’s one sexy Fronsac to drink over the coming 10-12 years.
