Light golden amber, clear. A maple, honey and light oak nose with caramelised banana. Smooth and buttery mouthfeel, roasted apple and banana fruit leads onto vanilla with a hint of nutmeg. The finish is long, rich and warm with slight salted popcorn notes. A unique Tennessee Straight Small Batch Whiskey made from locally-farmed corn, sour mash fermentation and the lightly rectified copper double distillation. Filtered using the famous Lincoln County Maple Charcoal slow filtration process, before maturity in new American oak barrels with a light Char No.3. Each small batch bottling comes from just 20 carefully selected barrels, followed by the Daddy Rack Master Blend using an original recipe, no colouring caramel or anything else is ever added. Before resting and bottling, each batch of Daddy Rack goes through a second light Maple Charcoal filtration resulting in one of the smoothest and soothing Tennessee Straight Whiskeys available.
