Ethical and delicious! The base of Grape Skin Vodka is made by distilling all the parts of the wine making process that are normally discarded: the skins, stems and the seeds (pomace). This is typically sold on or in most cases just destroyed! In a bid to reduce waste Discarded Spirits Co have distilled this into the base of their Grape Skin Vodka. The resulting vodka has aromas of fresh green apples and then move into deeper almond croissant like notes. The palate is a luscious mouthfeel, with fruit-forward notes of Williams pear, guava and starfruit, then a beautiful pink peppercorn finish.
