Meet the producer Produced in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, the estate focuses on traditional southern French varietals, emphasising harmony, depth, and balance in every vintage. Production Grapes are carefully harvested and sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks. Post-fermentation maceration ensures fine tannin extraction. The wine is aged in a combination of French oak barrels and tanks to integrate fruit and structure.
