The Domaine Pellé Menetou-Salon is a stunning, terroir-driven white from the star of Menetou, combining ripe white peach, blackcurrant leaf, and citrus zest with elegant mineral undertones and a slightly creamy, honeyed finish. Meet the Producer Straddling the Loire appellations of Sancerre and Menetou-Salon, Domaine Pellé produces world-renowned, terroir-expressive wines. The estate focuses on precision and quality, highlighting the unique characteristics of each vineyard parcel. Production Grapes are sourced from seven parcels in Morogues, planted on Kimmeridgian limestone-clay marl soils. The vineyards face south-west, south, or south-east to maximise morning sun exposure. Each parcel is vinified separately, then left on fine lees until bottling, with regular stirring to enhance richness and complexity. Tasting Notes Aromatic notes of ripe white peach, blackcurrant leaf, and hints of lime.
