Tasting Notes Nose: The lightest imaginable phenol drifts over the nose like a glider over the Antrim coast. Quiet and barely noticeable unless you look for it, but what it surveys is rather beautiful. Palate: Stunning texture, a mix of light ulmo honey and mocha makes for the friendliest and most beautiful delivery and follow through. The deft smoke drifts about without portfolio.
