Adobe Reserva Gewürztraminer is a vibrant, organic Gewürztraminer from Chile, bursting with tropical fruit and floral aromas, perfect for fans of aromatic whites and ideal with Asian cuisine. Meet the Producer Emiliana is one of Chile's most exciting producers and a pioneer in organic and biodynamic winemaking. Since 1998, the estate has focused on crafting wines that reflect the highest vineyard quality while respecting the environment and its workers. Production Adobe Reserva Gewürztraminer is made from organically grown grapes and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Temperatures are carefully maintained between 15–17ºC with gentle aeration and delicate lees stirring. The wine is fined with bentonite and cold-stabilized before bottling to prevent tartrate precipitation. Tasting Notes Intensely aromatic with pronounced lychee and jasmine notes. The fruit-driven palate delivers flavours of citrus peel, lemongrass, apricot, and mandarin orange, all supported by a refreshing backbone of acidity.
