Today, this renowned estate cultivates approximately 40 hectares of vineyards according to the principles of sustainable agriculture to promote the full expression of the terroir and the vines. The Pinot Noir grapes come from a plot located in the commune of Chambolle-Musigny, where the extraordinary terroir contributes to the creation of a wine characterized by great freshness and elegance. After manual harvesting and vinification, the wine rests in new oak barrels, acquiring roundness and complexity.
