Production The fruit comes from a 7.5-hectare single-walled vineyard, half of which is planted with 50-year-old Chardonnay vines farmed using reasoned agriculture. Grapes are hand-harvested and carefully placed in small ventilated boxes to preserve quality during transport. Fermentation is carried out in oak barrels using classic Burgundian techniques, followed by extended ageing in oak to develop structure, richness, and subtle oak complexity. Tasting notes The nose is savoury and toasty, while the palate shows richness and refinement, with gently creamy oak integration.
