12% alcohol. This is crisp and taut with good acidity, but also some attractive toasty depth. Combines lemony fruit with some riper apple notes and a very fine texture, with hints of bread, honeycomb and almonds. The dominant feature here is lovely taut, pure fruit. Impressive stuff.
