This long ageing results in a perfectly balanced wine, combining elegance, sweetness, and complexity. Elaboration Variety: 75% Palomino, 25% Pedro Ximénez Tasting notes After 30 years in oak, Methuselah displays an intense mahogany colour. On the nose, it reveals deep aromas of nuts, raisins, spices, and old wood. The palate is smooth, sweet, and velvety, with a long-lasting finish.
