Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV is the definitive expression of the house style, crafted from a blend of 30 still base wines spanning at least three vintages. The cuvée is composed of equal proportions of the three classic Champagne varieties: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Meunier. Pinot Noir, sourced from the Montagne de Reims villages of Verzy, Verzenay, Mailly, Ambonnay, Mardeuil, and Louvois, lends body, depth, and structure with age-worthy tannins. Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and lightness from Épernay and the Côte des Blancs villages including Cuis, Oiry, Oger, Vertus, Moussy, and Chouilly, while Pinot Meunier from the Vallée d’Épernay adds youthful vibrancy, freshness, and fruitiness. The final blend is assembled and bottled for secondary fermentation in cellars 33 metres below street level, where the Champagne matures on its lees for a minimum of four years. Bottles are hand-riddled, disgorged, dosed at 8g/L, and rested for at least nine months before release, with UK stock benefiting from an additional six months post-disgorgement ageing. Tasting notes Pol Roger Brut Réserve NV is pale golden with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose is expressive, revealing green apple, pear, honeysuckle, and brioche, with subtle mineral undertones. On the palate, the Champagne is fresh and vibrant, structured yet delicate, with flavours of q
