Noticeable reduction pushes the underlying fruit to the background but otherwise there is good freshness to the racy, intense and overtly stony flavors that terminate in an austere and balanced finish where a hint of bitter cherry appears. This will need at least a few years of cellar time as it’s quite firm. 2022+
