Proemio means Prologue in Old Medieval Spanish, Marcelo chose this name as he was the first generation of the family to produce his own wines, beginning a new legacy. Since then he has been discovering his winemaking style based on the deconstruction of French Blend. Marcelo's focus on sustainability has lead to a manual harvest, with bunches and berries being handpicked by the team.'
