Twin Fin Rum comes from Southwestern Distillery who you all know and love (some are a little fanatical) for their Tarquin's range. Born in the Caribbean, and creatively spiced and blended on the wild Cornish coast by Tarquin and the team. This delightful rum is a light golden caramel colour in the glass. The palate is smooth, rich with notes of caramelised banana with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg undertones. Search deeper and you will find a light touch of caramelised fruit, orange, banana and light spices. The finish is smoky-sweet with an enduring hint of fruit. For the rum enthusiast and expert looking for the origin, this rum is a blend from unaged medium to high ester Jamaican Pot Still rum and a light, Column Still rum originating from the Dominican Republic.
