Villa Wolf Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied, approachable red wine from the Pfalz region of Germany. Production The grapes are 100% destemmed and undergo cold maceration before fermentation in stainless steel at 18–20°C. Half of the wine is matured for 15–18 months in French oak barriques (30% new) for depth and complexity, while the other half is kept in stainless steel to preserve freshness.
