Les Indomptables Pic Saint-Loup is a structured and elegant red from the Languedoc, blending Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Mourvèdre to express the full character of the Pic Saint-Loup terroir. Meet the producer Produced in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, the estate focuses on traditional southern French varietals, emphasising harmony, depth, and balance in every vintage. Production Grapes are carefully harvested and sorted before fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel and concrete tanks. Post-fermentation maceration ensures fine tannin extraction. The wine is aged in a combination of French oak barrels and tanks to integrate fruit and structure. Tasting notes Ruby red with purple highlights, the nose reveals blackcurrant, cherry, pepper, thyme, and dark chocolate aromas.
