Drink it now or cellar for up to 10-15 years. It is recommended to decant it for half an hour. Located in the Elah Valley, precisely in Tel Azekah, the Five Stones winery produces excellent quality Kosher wines. The grapes come from vineyards that enjoy ideal climatic and soil conditions for growing vines. The temperate climate with cool nights allows for excellent maturation and the development of a well-balanced acid vein. While the well-drained and mineral-rich clay soils allow the vines to develop a good root system essential for the plant and the production of healthy fruit. The Virtuous wine is made with a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The grapes, coming from the Judean hills, are harvested and fermented separately. The blending takes place only after a period of 15 months of maturation in new French oak barrels. This delicious Bordeaux blend reveals a dense ruby color and an intense, fruity aromatic profile with notes of dark fruits such as blackberry and plum, hints of undergrowth, and some spicy notes. On the palate, it is elegant and velvety, full-bodied and succulent. Its finish is warm, long, and persistent and recalls light spicy nuances. Excellent with a juicy burger, or a beef filet served with mushrooms.
