Aromas of black plum, blueberries, roasted coffee, and anise are complemented by a supremely smooth, molten chocolate-like mouthfeel. Liquorice and allspice linger on the finish, perfectly balancing structure and depth. Vineyard & Terroir Grapes sourced from the Gateway vineyard in McLaren Vale, hand-selected for optimal ripeness and concentration. Winemaking Barrel fermented and matured in 100% new American oak, with malolactic fermentation enhancing texture and richness.
