Antoine Amedie Peychaud who created the world famous Peychaud's bitters who began his career in the 1800's working in the French quarter of New Orleans. This Aperitivo takes it inspiration from the Bitters with a balance of bitter orange, but sweeter caramlised cherries and fragrant herbal notes. Best served over ice or in a long drink such as Royal fizz; 3 parts Champagne, 2 parts Peychaud's Aperitivo and a splash of club soda. Garnish with a twist of lime.
