Distillery and Maturation Redbreast PX Edition is triple distilled in the traditional Single Pot Still style before an initial maturation in Bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. The whiskey is then re-casked into Pedro Ximénez hogsheads from the southern tip of Spain for a final period of maturation, adding a layer of luscious sweetness and dried fruit complexity that sets this expression apart from the rest of the Redbreast family .
