Vineyard & Production Sourced from 15–30-year-old bush vines whose low yields encourage phenolic maturity and concentrated aromatics. Grapes are hand-harvested, destemmed, and gently crushed before 19 days of maceration. The wine then spends 12 months in 100% semi-new French oak barrels, allowing fruit and oak to integrate seamlessly before bottling. Tasting Notes Bright ruby with layered red hues. The nose is intense and expressive — cherry, red berry, and hints of black fruit, with subtle mineral and oak notes. On the palate, the wine is wide and voluminous, with fine, well-structured tannins, ripe fruit concentration, and a long, persistent finish.
