This Speyside Single Malt has been produced with specially selected Tomintoul that has been aged in exceptional ex bourbon casks which are then married and finished in hand selected Merlot wine barrels from Bordeaux, France. Aromas of fruit blossom and summer berries mixed with cinnamon buns, acacia honey and candied peel. The palate gives layers upon layers of Morello cherry jam, summer pudding and redcurrant jam cushioned with tobacco spice and cocoa powder. The finish is rich and fulfilling.
