Production Area Extra Virgin Olive Oil Toscano Igp Production Campo alla Sughera produces its own Extra virgin Olive Oil Toscano Igp using native varieties from the coasts of Bolgheri, such as Frantoio, Moraiolo, Leccino and Pendolino, grown next to the estate vineyards. Tasting notes The oil is extracted cold to keep the organoleptic characteristics unaltered and express its lively Tuscan identity: a strong and fruity flavor, harmonious with marked herbaceous notes, hints of artichoke and green grass. Dense and full-bodied, slightly spicy, it is an ideal seasoning for legume and vegetable soups, bruschetta, salads, roasts and vegetable dips.
