With Bordeaux consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt guiding the winemaking, this is Pomerol crafted with real precision and purpose. Unlike many Right Bank wines that lean heavily on extraction, L'Enclos is defined by balance and restraint, with the lush, plummy character of Merlot beautifully framed by Cabernet Franc and Malbec. Grapes are harvested by hand and vinified in a combination of oak, stainless steel, and concrete vats to preserve freshness and structure. The wine is aged 16–18 months in French oak (40% new, 60% one-year-old), integrating subtle spice while maintaining a silky, lush mouthfeel.
