Located in Adriani in the Greek region of Macedonia, the Domaine Costa Lazaridi includes, in addition to the vineyards, a 15,000 m2 building with a cellar, distillery, underground aging cellars, and spaces for visitors. The company produces a wide range of wines, spirits, and balsamic vinegar. Their first vineyard was established in 1979 in Xiropotamos, on the slopes of Mount Falakro. Since then, the company has grown thanks to the enormous success of its wines. The Rose of Domaine Costa Lazaridi is one of the most prestigious and sought-after Greek rosé wines, composed of a blend of Merlot, Agiorgitiko, and Grenache. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature to preserve its elegant character, fruity and varietal notes. The wine displays a pale salmon color and an elegant flavor profile that reveals notes of cherry and strawberry, fresh plum, citrus zest, and nuances of verbena. On the palate, the Rose of the Domaine Costa Lazaridi has a soft body and a pleasant oily sensation. The acidity is lively and accompanied by flavors of fresh fruit. It is the perfect wine for first courses based on shellfish and seafood. Serve it chilled at 8°C.
