This is a sweet vermouth that has been infused with Cascara which is the leftover pulp as a by-product from the coffee berry once the fruit has been used to make coffee. On the nose it is deep, rich and aromatic with an easy natural warmth. On the palate it is full and sweet, the indulgent notes merge with the characteristic bitter notes of Vermouth which dominate the clean and lingering finish you get. Use to make a new and interesting Negroni or in a Manhattan cocktail.
