Winemaking The grapes are crushed, chilled, and macerated to extract delicate aromas and flavours. Fermentation is arrested with neutral grape brandy to preserve the fresh, ripe fruit character. The wine is then aged for three months in small French oak barrels, enhancing its aromatic complexity and texture.
