Located in Leporano, in the province of Taranto, Feudi Salentini owns old bush-trained vineyards on the Salento peninsula, where the Primitivo and Negroamaro vines enjoy an exceptional landscape, surrounded by olive groves and the sea. The company's name refers to the area's feudal agricultural traditions. The grapes of the native and lesser-known Susumaniello variety come from the sunny vineyards of the Salento peninsula, where sea breezes create the perfect climate for slow ripening. After harvesting and a brief pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature to preserve freshness and aromatic character. The finished wine then ages in large barrels for approximately six months. In the glass, Feudi Salentini's Susumaniello reveals a vibrant and intense ruby ​​color with purple highlights.
