<i>100% Chardonnay. Three years on the lees, only four bar of pressure because less sugar is added for second fermentation in bottle (18 v 24 g/l). RS (residual sugar) 4 g/l.</i> Gentle lemon and pear aroma. Soft, gentle yet fresh. A subtle style. (Satèn means silky, apparently.) Chalky texture. Great subtlety here but plenty of flavour and finesse. GV
