Where many rose Champagnes lean on Chardonnay for freshness, Gremillet leads with Pinot Noir for structure and fruit depth, then ages the wine for a minimum of 22 months on its lees, well beyond the 15 months required by Champagne regulations. The result is a rose of genuine complexity and finesse, served in French embassies worldwide. Vineyard and Production Pinot Noir grapes are gently pressed for up to two hours to extract the jus de presse, which is then vinified and blended to achieve the wine's delicate colour and vibrant character. Extended lees ageing of at least 22 months ensures full integration of flavours and a creamy, persistent mousse before disgorgement and release.
