Vineyard & Production The vineyards nestle in the protected hills of the Cadière d'Azur, benefiting from a maritime climate that tempers the Provençal heat. Traditional manual vineyard work is maintained alongside organic methods of weed and pest control. Mourvèdre is harvested towards the end of September later than most varieties to achieve full phenolic ripeness. Modern, temperature-controlled winery facilities preserve the freshness and traditional character of the estate.
