Oropasso Bianco is a vibrant, fresh Italian white from Biscardo, a family estate with over 150 years of winemaking history in Soave. Today run by brothers Maurizio and Martino Biscardo, the estate's hallmark remains consistent across both Veneto and Puglia: wines of irresistible drinkability, aromatic purity, and outstanding value. A vibrant straw yellow with greenish highlights, delicate floral notes alongside citrus and stone fruits, and a fresh, mineral, well-structured palate with an elegant lingering finish. Why You'll Love It This is Oropasso Bianco from Biscardo, a family estate rooted in Soave with over 150 years of winemaking heritage. Brothers Maurizio and Martino Biscardo continue a tradition of producing wines of aromatic purity and exceptional drinkability. Maurizio's long career has included consulting for wineries across Italy, during which he discovered the vineyards for their acclaimed Puglian wines — bringing a breadth of Italian winemaking knowledge to every bottle. The vineyards are planted on east-facing slopes with a mix of clay, sand, and silt soils, with vines cultivated under the Guyot system and yields carefully managed to no more than 100 quintals per hectare. Fermentation lasts 15 days in stainless steel at a controlled 13–14°C to preserve freshness and aromatics, followed by five months on fine lees in stainless steel — adding texture, roundness, and complexity without the influence of oak. This is Italian white wine with heritage, freshness, and genuine value. Vineyard & Winemaking Produced by Biscardo in Veneto, Italy. East-facing slopes on clay, sand, and silt soils.
