Piattelli Vineyards are located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains in Mendoza, Argentina. The estate is renowned for producing expressive, terroir-driven wines, benefiting from century-old vines irrigated with pure Andean meltwater. Guided by head winemaker Valeria Antolin, Piattelli combines meticulous vineyard management with sustainable practices, including Bodegas de Argentina Certified Sustainable and USDA Certified Organic vineyards. The gravity-fed winery in Cafayate ensures gentle handling of grapes, producing wines with exceptional concentration and balance. Winemaking All grapes were hand-harvested in 18kg cases and carefully sorted before destemming. Fermentation was conducted in a combination of 5,000-litre stainless steel tanks, egg-shaped concrete tanks, and oak barrels. Controlled fermentation temperatures ranged between 25–28°C. Manual punch-downs were performed four times per day at the start of fermentation, reducing to twice daily later. Free-run and pressed juices were separated, and malolactic fermentation occurred in barrels. The wine matured for 13 months in French and American oak, developing depth, structure, and complexity. Tasting Notes Trinità is an opulent and complex wine, displaying intense aromas of plum, raspberry, and dark berries, intertwi
