This single cask release has been bottled at cask strength while being non chill filtered and natural colour. The cask was filled in July 2007 and bottled July 2022 with a yield of 572 bottles and is the oldest publicly available bottling from the The English Whisky Company. It is dark and oily, aromas of dates, raisins and sultanas. The palate, you will find cherries, chocolate and figs with a hint of ginger.
