Harlyn is a best-selling, off-dry aromatic white blend from Trevibban Mill Vineyard, known for its delicate floral and fruity character. Meet the producer Crafted with care to highlight the expressive qualities of English-grown grapes, Harlyn showcases the potential of traditional and modern varieties combined in a harmonious blend. Production Grapes are destemmed, crushed, pressed, and allowed to settle before fermentation at 14–16ºC. The wine is then aged on lees for 3–4 months to develop texture and complexity, without undergoing malolactic fermentation, preserving its fresh, vibrant character. Tasting notes On the nose, Harlyn offers aromas of peach blossom, elderflower, and honeysuckle. The palate is soft and lively, with flavours of pineapple, honeydew melon, apple, and ripe pear, finishing clean and refreshing. Food match Pairs beautifully with Thai green curry, seafood, or light summer dishes.
