The 10th release in Penderyn's Icons of Wales range, Yma O Hyd, celebrates the eponymous anthem sung by Welsh football fans and serves as the official whisky of The Football Association of Wales. This full-flavoured, warming Welsh single malt is non-chill filtered and matured in American rye casks. On the nose, it evokes a Tarte Tatin aroma, complemented by drizzles of vanilla custard, warm spices, and honey. The palate offers warming gingerbread, sticky dried prunes, brown sugar, oaky vanilla, and a gentle peppery spice. The aftertaste balances sweetness and spice harmoniously.
