Production
Grapes are carefully selected from top Alsace vineyards and gently pressed. The base wine undergoes a secondary fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method, followed by aging on lees to develop complexity and texture. Pale golden in colour with fine, persistent bubbles. The nose shows aromas of green apple, white flowers, and subtle citrus zest.
