The sweet honey notes are balance perfectly with salty seaweed umami tones, along with subtle flavours of saffron and spice. This spiced rum is cut with a unique spice bill, local Cornish honey, saffron and seaweed then blended with a carefully selected mix of three and five year-old casked rums.
