Aerstone Land Cask 10 Year Old Single Malt Whisky

Aerstone Land Cask is one of two bottles released by William Grant & Sons with single malt whisky sourced from Ailsa Bay Distillery. This 10 year old Land Cask is the richer and smoky option of the two. With a rich aroma of grass, marzipan and peat. The palate shows a different side, one that is rich, sweet and like carrot cake. A great 10 year old dram for the money!

Glencadam Origin 1825 Single Malt Whisky

Glencadam Origin 1825 is a sweet, fruity, and approachable Eastern Highlands single malt that takes its name from the year Glencadam Distillery was founded. A small batch marriage of whiskies matured in both American oak ex-bourbon and Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry casks, it is a whisky of genuine charm and fruity complexity, bottled at 40% ABV for easy, everyday enjoyment. Why You'll Love It Origin 1825 is Glencadam's most accessible expression, designed to introduce drinkers to the distillery's characteristic style of fresh fruit, floral notes, and natural sweetness. The combination of bourbon and Oloroso Sherry cask maturation adds layers of complexity that belie the approachable bottling strength, making this an ideal whisky for those new to single malt as well as a reliable everyday dram for seasoned enthusiasts. Named in honour of the distillery's founding year, it carries 200 years of Glencadam heritage in every glass. Distillery & Maturation Glencadam distillery has been producing whisky in Brechin in the Eastern Highlands since 1825. Origin is a small batch marriage of carefully selected Glencadam malts that have matured in American oak ex-bourbon casks and Spanish oak Oloroso Sherry casks. The combination of these two cask types creates a whisky that is sweet and spicy, floral and fruity, with a complexity that makes it far more interesting than its gentle 40% ABV might suggest. Tasting Notes The nose is creamy and floral, with malted barley and hints of vanilla welcoming an arrival of mixed summer fruits. On the palate, sweet and lively with banana, pineapple, pear, and boiled sweets merging with a delicious mix of soft spice. The finish is floral and clean, with a lingering pear-drop sweetness. Best enjoyed neat or with a splash of water. Perfect Serve Enjoy neat or with a splash of still water to open up the floral and fruit aromas. Also excellent over ice for a long, refreshing serve, or as the base for a simple whisky highball with good quality ginger al
