Aetos Reserva Privada Cabernet Sauvignon is a refined and structured expression of Chilean Cabernet, showcasing the balance between ripe fruit, elegant tannins, and subtle oak influence that define premium wines from the Central Valley. Crafted from carefully selected parcels, it combines intensity and finesse in a beautifully composed wine. Meet the producer Aetos represents the essence of Chilean winemaking, producing expressive wines that reflect the country’s exceptional terroirs and climatic diversity. The Reserva Privada range focuses on crafting varietal wines with depth, complexity, and balance, sourced from high-quality vineyard sites managed with meticulous care. Production Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness from low-yielding vines to ensure concentration and purity of flavour. After destemming, the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump-overs to extract colour and structure. The wine is then aged for 10–12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, adding complexity and roundness to the palate. Tasting notes Deep garnet in colour, the nose opens with aromas of cassis, ripe blackberries, and dark cherries intertwined with hints of cedar, tobacco, and vanilla spice.
