Agnes Arber Rhubarb Gin
Agnes Arber Rhubarb is a lovely twist on their convergence of nine pot stilled botanicals. Juniper, coriander, cassia, lemon, orange, lime, grapefruit and liquorice. After distillation the gin is infused with the delicious signature tartness of rhubarb. Agnes Arber was the first woman to receive a Gold Medal of the Linnean Society, a world famous institution dedicated to the study of natural history back in 1948. By the time of her death in 1960 Agnes had published an extensive collection of books on both botany and philosophy. Mermaid Pink Gin
Mermaid Pink Gin hails from Isle of Wight and was first produced back in 2014. The Pink Gin offers hand foraged and sustainable ingredients such as rock samphire, elderflower, grains of paradise, lemon and has the addition of juicy English Strawberries! The Isle of Wight Distillery was founded by two chaps, Xavier and Conrad - One was a brewer and one was a winemaker, their approach is to cut the gin at the perfect moment where they capture the 'hearts' of each batch.
