Agnes Arber Rhubarb Gin
Agnes Arber Rhubarb is a lovely twist on their convergence of nine pot stilled botanicals. Juniper, coriander, cassia, lemon, orange, lime, grapefruit and liquorice. After distillation the gin is infused with the delicious signature tartness of rhubarb. Agnes Arber was the first woman to receive a Gold Medal of the Linnean Society, a world famous institution dedicated to the study of natural history back in 1948. By the time of her death in 1960 Agnes had published an extensive collection of books on both botany and philosophy. Palma Gin

Almond flower, foraged once a year before spring, combined with orange leave and lavender, create a delicate floral scent and sweetness. These core ingredients really enhance the depth of flavours from the other botanicals used. With a 2000 year history, Palma hosts the bespoke copper pot distillery where Palma Gin was founded and is created.
