Akashi-Tai, Japanese Sake, Honjozo Genshu Tokubetsu, 19% vol - 72cl
A pure, concentrated Genshu (fully fortified) sake that is full-bodied with a velvety texture. Very rich with woody notes, then creamy and strong flavoured with savoury, umami undertones and citrus, grapefruit and tropical fruit flavours. Food pairing: A delicious match for seafood or vegetable tempura. This Japanese Sake also pairs beautifully with a main course of chicken and mushroom pie or a selection of cheeses.
Salizá Amaretto Veneziano, Bepi Tosolini, 28% vol
Rich and intensely nutty, not too sweet this is true Amaretto made from Almonds and the finest Italian grappa.
