Akashi-Tai, Japanese Sake, Junmai Daiginjo Genshu (gold cap), 16% vol - 30cl
This is Akashi-Tai's 'grand cru' sake. It has bright and fruity aromas of tangy orange then an intense yet delicate palate with saline notes over mixed citrus and herbaceous flavours. Food pairing: Pair this Japanese Sake with tuna steaks seasoned with chilli and lime, crispy squid, or creamy pork chops topped with a rich mushroom and truffle sauce.
Cachaça 51, Brazil, 40% vol
